Charles Boling has spent the last 22 years helping individual investors realize their personal financial goals. He authored the forward of The Prudent Investors Guide to Beating Wall Street at Its Own Game, published by McGraw-Hill in 1998 (book review). Mr. Boling is a frequent speaker at investment workshops and educational seminars and has been published in The Journal of The Arkansas Medical Society.
President of Global Wealth Management, Inc., Charles Boling has specialized in strategic capital planning for over forty-seven years, consistently directing clients toward their financial goals over the course of wide-ranging market and economic conditions. He concentrates on comprehensive financial planning, asset allocation and portfolio management, retirement planning, wealth management and retention, and employee benefit program design. Mr. Boling provides wealth management services to a diverse group of individual investors including executives, independent business owners, doctors, teachers, retirees, widows and widowers. Applying a disciplined investment approach, he emphasizes personalized, attentive service utilizing informed decisions in an attempt to maximize gain while minimizing risk.
Active in financial services since 1962, Mr. Boling held management positions including vice-president, employee benefit consultant and controller for a major insurance company before focusing his expertise on portfolio management and financial advisement. He has past associations with Broker Dealers, The Leaders Group, Equity Capital Corporation and Royal Alliance Associates. From 1987 – September 2001, he served as president of Financial Management, Inc. a Registered Investment Advisory firm. He regularly conducts financial seminars and workshops for corporate and association groups. An NASD Registered Representative and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), he earned the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) in 1999 and is a candidate for the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. In addition, he is a member of the Institute for Investment Management Consultants, Central Arkansas Estate Planning Council, and the Financial Planners Association. Mr. Boling holds BS and BA degrees in Finance from the University of Missouri.
